Shares of Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA) tumbled 20% in premarket trading on Friday after the company late on Thursday downwardly revised its outlook on fiscal 2012. The company has now slashed its fiscal 2012 guidance for the second time in last two months.

Social gaming company, Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA) has failed to acquire online poker provider Ongame Network. Even though Zynga was said to be “leading the race” for quite few months, the Montreal Canada-based company, Amaya Gaming Group eventually won the bidding. Amaya Gaming Group announced on Monday that it bought Ongame for $32.2 million from Bwin.party.
Shares of Social Network, Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) are flat in trading today after falling sharply in the previous trading session. FB shares slumped on Monday after an article published in the financial magazine Barron’s stated that the “Stock is too pricey”.
